Our retail stores are the heart of our business and you have probably seen them on a high street or retail park near you. Our colleagues help customers find the perfect cards, gifts, balloons and wrap for every occasion. Our colleagues welcome, wow and win over our customers, who have fun and celebrate being part of the family.
Our Support Centre is located in the heart of Yorkshire, just off J41 of the M1. Here you can find all of our different functional teams as well as our distribution centres and design studio. We are a vertically integrated business and our printing facility – Printcraft – is only 20 minutes down the road in Shipley. We are a growing business and have been in partnership with Getting Personal since 2011, a small team working hard to expand our online business.
We design 80% of our store cards and 70% of our store gifts in-house through our Design Studio in Wakefield where we have our team of 74 creative designers, verse writers and creative management. This allows us to rapidly respond to changes in customer taste and needs.
Our supply chain is run from Wakefield and Baildon and is made up of 370 colleagues. Our vertically integrated model of design, manufacturing, delivery and retail makes us unique in the market and underpins our ability to produce great value, high-quality cards at speed, with the majority of our cards and products manufactured on site. Roles range from Warehouse Operatives to Team Leaders and Managers, and we pride ourselves on the high numbers of our management team who began their journey in operational roles.
